“Carol and I recently moved into new accommodations and decided to make some changes. As we explored various cabinet companies in Kamloops, we were not satisfied with either the initial service or products that we had encountered. We were having coffee across the mall from Kamloops Urban Cabinets when we spotted their sign and decided to drop in for a visit. From the very first friendly and accommodating encounter, we knew we had come to the right place. We were treated as old friends from the start, and when Sara asked which shade of white we were interested in, Carol knew we had found the right designers.

Kim and Sara also mentioned Columbia Cabinets as a new product line and promptly had a door delivered as a sample. While we could not view the actual cabinet boxes, we trusted Sara’s judgement and ordered them. And what superb cabinets they turned out to be. Maple interiors with dovetail joints for the drawers and high-quality slides helped to complete the package. We were so impressed, we added bathroom vanities to the order.

Covid-19 caused unavoidable delays with preparatory and finishing work and throughout it all, Kim and Sara remained patient and supportive. Changes were accommodated in a positive and helpful manner. Carl was their expert installer and his work was superb. He too had to make more visits than anticipated due to circumstances beyond all of our control, but all of this was accepted with his patient and friendly demeanour.

In short, we could not have been happier and more satisfied with the products and level of service provided by Kamloops Urban Cabinets.
