Sara has deep roots to Kamloops. She grew up in Kamloops and has raised her family here. She joined the building and construction industry shortly after high school and began to focus on cabinet design and sales in early 2000. Needing a new challenge, Sara was promoted to territory manager for the largest cabinet manufacturer in north America where she learned everything there was to know about the cabinet world.
In 2018, Sara made a decision to return back to her true passion, kitchen design. She has built a 5 star team, where they keeps the bar high on the level of customer service provided. Sara loves this ever-changing industry and the relationships she has made along the way.
Samantha is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in construction and design management. She brings a strong blend of technical expertise and practical application to every project, with specialized knowledge in millwork, space planning, and tenant improvement construction management.
Samantha’s background includes extensive experience in budget and cost management, multi-unit residential development, BC Housing requirements, the BC Building Code, and business development. Her project portfolio spans large-scale commercial tenant improvements, national service contracts, and the design and management of complex multi-unit residential developments.
As a designer, Samantha has guided clients through all stages of the project lifecycle — from initial design concepts and space planning to full tender package development, budget creation, scheduling, trade coordination, and final project closeout. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, functional, and well-executed spaces.
Throughout her career, Samantha has had the opportunity to work with First Nations, corporate agencies, and national organizations, contributing to the creation of meaningful and impactful environments tailored to the needs of diverse communities.
Carl was born and raised in England and joined the custom cabinetry business at a very young age (his dad was the distribution manager for a millwork company). He ran his own company designing and selling custom kitchen cabinets before moving to Canada in 2008.
For 15 years Carl has been installing custom cabinetry across the Kamloops region. He is married with two children, and enjoys travelling.
